FAQs
Everything you need to know about 100 Barbirolli Square
Can I work at any Koba location?
Yes - private suite residents are welcome to work from the communal areas at any Koba location, subject to availability. We simply ask that a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is provided in advance of your visit.
Conference room coins can also be used to reserve meeting and conference rooms across any Koba location, not just your home location.
How and when can I access the building?
At 100 Barbirolli Square, private suite and monthly coworking residents enjoy 24/7 access to the building using their building pass and fob.
Day Pass users can access the space Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm, with our community team on hand to welcome you and help you get settled (except on public holidays).
How do I book a meeting room?
For private suite residents or monthly co-working residents, you can book a meeting room through the Koba Space app or through our members web portal. Equally, you can speak to the community team, and they will be happy to help book you a meeting room.
For external bookings follow the link to “Book a Meeting Room” on the location pages or drop our community teams an email.
Are dogs allowed at Koba?
To ensure a comfortable working environment for everyone, dogs are not permitted within our spaces.
Guide dogs and registered assistance dogs are, of course, always welcome.
Can I invite guests to Koba?
Yes, you’re welcome to invite guests to Koba. To help us keep the space safe, secure and welcoming, all guests must check in at the main building reception as well as with the Koba reception team on arrival.
If you’re a day pass or monthly coworking member, guests must be visiting for a pre-booked meeting room. Private suite residents are welcome to invite guests within reason, whether they’re joining you in your office or attending a booked meeting.
Please let our onsite team know in advance when you’re expecting guests, so we can greet them properly and make their arrival as smooth as possible
What hospitality offerings are available throughout the day?
Hospitality is at the heart of the Koba experience. Residents can enjoy an extensive daily breakfast offering, weekly pastries and a curated selection of premium snacks throughout the day.
Our spaces also feature bean-to-cup coffee machines using Old Spike coffee beans, alongside a range of premium teas, hot chocolate, and fresh lemon, ginger and mint for teas and infused waters.
