Collaboration
Partnering to unlock real change
We couldn’t achieve the goals we’ve made public in our mission by working alone.
Koba+
Our partners
We count ourselves extremely fortunate to already be working with these great organisations.
Cast
Cast is our integrated, turnkey delivery partner and investor. Female founded and led, they’re one of the UK’s fastest growing fitout contractors and furniture dealers, and the only furniture specialist in London offering an unequivocal circular model.
As passionate about sustainability as we are, we work side-by-side on design and development of the Koba product across all our sites.
Cast’s clients include Aviva Investors, Grosvenor Estates, Blackrock Investments, British Land, LGIM and The Crown Estate.
Hive Cleaning
Hive is our sustainable cleaning and housekeeping partner at Koba. A women-owned and operated business, they lead the way in ethical commercial cleaning and hold the highest B Corp score in the industry – a testament to their commitment to environmental and social impact.
With a shared focus on strong ESG principles, we work closely with Hive to maintain the highest standards across our spaces – combining immaculate service with transparency, innovation and a motivated team. Their approach to carbon reduction and green cleaning technology is helping us build healthier, more sustainable workspaces every day.
technologywithin
Technologywithin are Koba’s trusted technology platform partner. As specialists in the flexible workspace and commercial real estate sectors, they provide managed Wi-Fi, fibre internet connectivity, IT services and client management software.
We work with technologywithin to ensure seamless, reliable and secure connectivity across all Koba locations – supporting the operational efficiency and digital experience expected in a modern, flexible workspace.
Madaster
Madaster is our partner in material transparency and circular design. Their pioneering platform enables the creation of material passports – digital records that give materials an identity and track their carbon impact, origin and reusability over time.
By integrating material passports into our projects, we are enhancing the sustainability of our spaces – ensuring they can be designed, constructed and managed as material banks within a circular economy. At 100 Barbirolli Square, this partnership resulted in the first-ever material passport for a flexible workspace, with data captured for 93% of materials used.
Together with Madaster, we’re championing a future where buildings are no longer treated as disposable, but as valuable resources that support long-term environmental responsibility and transparency across the built environment.
Old Spike
Old Spike are our coffee partner. A social enterprise, 65% of the profits they generate go back to supporting their social mission.
Their primary mission is to help reduce homelessness in the UK through training and employment within speciality coffee. Whether that’s assisting their head roaster at their roastery or working in one of their cafes as a barista, Old Spike are committed to supporting their trainees from training to employment.
